I’m Maria and I’m passionate about reshaping the business landscape through an equity lens. This work is driven by the belief that businesses thrive when they embrace and celebrate diversity.
Five years ago, I was broke, burnt-out, and ready to give up a career I hated. I turned it all around, and found purpose in the art of coaching — of truly seeing, and making people feel seen.
At Blooming Earth Coaching, we believe that businesses have the power to change the world—not just by turning a profit but by becoming agents of equity, inclusion, and social transformation.
Our story begins with our founder, Maria, who has spent nearly two decades at the intersection of community organizing and social justice education. As a formerly undocumented immigrant from Mexico, she knows firsthand the barriers so many face—and the resilience it takes to overcome them.
